Eccentricities on show in Julio Bashmore’s latest video for ‘Let Me Be Your Weakness’
Daniel Brereton indulges in a world of unusual characters and bizarre hobbies – from cosplay, to furry fandom to super doggy grooming in his new video for electronic producer Julio Bashmore and Bixby in their new track ‘Let Me Be Your Weaknesses’.
Going against the grain of his bass music-heavy hometown of Bristol, Matt Walker – AKA music producer Julio Bashmore – is on a one-man mission to blow open the confines of what house music can be. For his latest track, the British producer enlisted London-based director and illustrator Daniel Brereton, known for his videos for Kindness, Metronomy and Connan Mockasin, to channel the track’s catchy chorus through a host of disparate characters, from cosplay warriors to a pet beautician.
